As soon as we learn via the EU early warning system about a safety breach by a supplier or even by one of our subsidiaries, we immediately decide on a uniform, national procedure. We will do everything in our power to keep further danger from our customers.

In crisis situations FEGRO/SELGROS reacts without delay, i.e. all our wholesale markets are informed immediately and the articles that might possibly be affected are immediately removed from the shelves and/or are bought back in cooperation with our customers. In addition, an invoicing stop of the affected article is applied in all markets, which means that the affected articles cannot be sold.

Furthermore, additional danger through, or uncertainties about the articles concerned are minimized by the publication of more extensive information via our markets.
